What are your Covid-19 safety measures?

In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation we stepped up our hygiene protocol to keep our staff and customers safe. Our procedures include but are not limited to:

  • Staff temp check twice a day

  • Wash hands and sanitise every 30minutes

  • All staff must wear masks at all times

  • Clean gloves for every order

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitising all work surfaces

  • Any employee feeling unwell will be turned away

How do I order?

Visit our online shop to order your charcuterie board.
 
You can choose to opt for Free Delivery or your preferred 2H window delivery slot for a small fee of $20.
 
We work on a first come first serve basis and close orders daily at 6pm. This means that any orders that arrive after 6pm will be delivered the next day.
 
For custom orders and charcuterie table enquiries, contact us.

For Delivery Requests that require a delivery window of 2H, please select Preferred Delivery Slot of 2H, available

Self collection is available for next day orders at Tan Quee Lan Street, Bugis Singapore. 

Only applicable for orders placed under self pickup.

What if I want to postpone my delivery slot?

Once the delivery slot is confirmed, the postponement must be communicated and confirmed at least 2 working days in advance prior to the delivery date. 

We accept all major debit/credit cards and Paypal via site purchase. We also accept bank transfer/Paynow. To select this payment method, checkout with offline payment and paynow to 8891 6896.

Which Cheese?

Refer to our Elements Dropdown for a list of our Resident Cheeses as well as our Guest Cheeses. Indicate your selection under Dietary Preferences before you cart out. Your selection is subject to availability on the day of board creation.

If you have no preferences, we will choose our favorites for you. 

Which Cold Cut?

Which Dip?

What type of crackers and bread do you include?

We include a mix of gourmet breads, including our house-made range, as well as those from our favourite artisanal suppliers. Our cracker selection will change from time to time. 

How do you deal with allergies? 

Do indicate your dietary restrictions in its destinated box before you cart out. 

While we may be able to omit items containing possible allergens ahead of time, on request, there is a risk of cross-contamination. Our food is not prepared in an allergen-free environment. To find out more, refer to the non-exhaustive list of dietary restrictions in the next FAQ.

What are the types of dietary control you can provide?

How are your items packaged?

Our items are packaged just like the ones you see in our pictures. We believe in crafting a full charcuterie experience, one that will not be complete without a board. We also pride ourselves on using 100% sustainable packaging.

Single Use Plastics?

As we enjoy nature's fruits, we don't forget to make efforts to support sustainability. As much as possible, we strive to use environmentally sustainable packaging. We are also waist-deep in our #ARTBYSINGAPORE campaign, where most of our platters come with a paint kit for you to breathe new life into the packaging used.

How can I participate in the #ARTBYSINGAPORE campaign?

Purchase any item that includes the #ARTBYSINGAPORE kit and paint away!

How do I use the paint kit?

The paint kit includes 6 colours and 1 brush. Your paint kit is complete after you clean the wooden charcuterie board and the plastic dipping ponds/bowl. Use the dishes to contain water for brush cleaning or paint mixing, and express your creativity on the board. Anything can be art. Have fun!

Does the food need refrigeration?

No, if all food is consumed within 3 hours of delivery. If refrigerated, the food needs to be consumed within the next day.

Are you halal certified?

Although we are able to provide full halal platters with ingredients from certified sources, we are not halal certified as we do sell pork and alcoholic products.
 

Is cutlery included?

Most platters come with bamboo picks and knives, as well as honey dippers and wooden scoops that help craft the full charcuterie experience. 

What happened to the products you used to sell?

Some of our items like "Sus" and "Date Night" are seasonal items and will be replaced by new ideas as we go along. If an item you liked is no longer available, drop us a message and we will do our best to retrofit a solution for you.
